In CUSCO 4 TRAVEL EIRL. We are committed to making your trip safe and responsible. That’s why we recommend you to carefully read the terms and conditions, since by booking a trip with us you accept the terms and conditions which we mention below.

THE CONTRACT

  • The client must understand well our travel policies as indicated below.
  • By making a reservation through the website, email or telephone, you accept the Terms and Conditions that are established by CUSCO4TRAVEL EIRL.
  • These conditions only apply to the tour services in our program and NOT to international and national flights, since these are abide by the conditions imposed by the airlines.

RESERVATION DETAILS

In order to guarantee the reservation, it is required to fill out a registration form, this can be done through our website or we will attach it to your itinerary.

  • The reservation will be made effective by giving a 60% of the total price in advance, which you can do through our COMPANY bank-accounts (DOLLARS OR SOLES).
  • The right time to make your reservation is 30 days before your trip.
  • Upon your arrival the full payment of your tour package is required, before the start of your tour.

CLIENT DATA

In order to confirm and guarantee the clients the organization of their trip, the client must provide all their personal information with the initial payment.

  • Full name:
  • Date of Birth
  • ID or passport number.
  • Nationality, age.
  • Photocopy of ID or passport
  • National or international flight information.
  • Mobile phone for any emergency.
  • Information about any detail or special requirement of the passenger in case of any health problems or food specifications.

TERMS OF PAYMENT / SURCHARGES

  • NATIONAL CLIENTS Our services and products do not include VAT (value-added tax), which will be added to the total cost of the service hired with us.
  • FOREIGNERS our services and products do not include VAT by Peruvian laws.
  • SURCHARGES: Avoid surcharges on your payments by making your reservation in advance, do not change dates, hotel, itineraries at a very last minute.

WAYS OF PAYMENT

In order to make the payment of any reservation with CUSCO4TRAVEL, we have easy and very safe payment options, for instance payment by debit or credit card, cash deposit and bank transfer:

PAYPAL / IZIPAY

    • It is the easiest way to make ONLINE payments, you can make it effective by using your Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club credit or debit card.
    • If the client makes a card payment, CUSCO4TRAVEL reserves the right to request a copy or photo of the card used for payment, showing only the following information: first four digits, last four digits and name of the card holder; in addition, the passport or DNI of the card holder in order to avoid fraudulent operations. If the card holder will not be part of the travel group, he must send a letter by email which must be signed indicating that he authorizes the charge to his card.

This is one of the most effective and fastest ways to make the payment for any reservation with CUSCO4TRAVEL.

CHANGES AND/OR MODIFICATIONS

  • The client can change or modify his reservation 20 days before his arrival, depending on the availability of the hired services and because they are abide by the penalties of PERU RAIL, INCA RAIL, INC. CONSSETUR; Likewise, you must consider that these changes and modifications also affect other services that have been already hired, for which you will have to pay 15% of the total reservation for each person.
  • If a client is unable to travel, but communicates their cancellation in advance, in circumstances that CUSCO4TRAVEL EIRL. considers reasonable, a refund (-30% of the total amount of the reservation) will be done, since this will be to cover administrative and banking expenses that have already been made.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

  • The client commits to comply with the norms and rules established by THE COMPANY while carrying out their tours.
  • The clients have to carry with themselves all the personal documentation to enter the country and for the tours. e.g. Passport, ID, student card, vaccination card, all of them have to be valid and up-to-date.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE COMPANY

The company reserves the right to modify itineraries and even cancel services due to causes beyond its control, such as: weather factors, natural disasters, political problems, etc. In case of cancellation, the client will be informed at the time of reservation or when the change occurs.

The company has no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to: flight delays or changes in schedules, theft, loss or damage of luggage, illness, injury, death, weather conditions, strikes, fire, explosion, earthquake, flood, epidemics, road conditions, transport delays, accidents, coincidences, unpredictable circumstances and others. All losses or expenses will have to be covered by the passengers, since the providers confirm their services for the agreed days and dates, and exempt CUSCO4TRAVEL.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation must be informed in writing 20 days before the arrival date, if the cancellation is accepted you will get a refund of the 70% of the total price of your tour, as mentioned above; however, if your cancellation is made between the 19 days and 7 days before your tour, the refund will be 30% of the total price; but, if the cancellation is made between 7 days and 1 day before the start of your tour, unfortunately it will be considered as NO SHOW, so, it means, there will be no refund.

FLIGHTS

CUSCO4TRAVEL EIRL. is not responsible for cancellations or delays in any of the clients’ flights by the airlines (e.g. flight sales, mechanical failures, flight cancellations, etc.), in case this cancellation occurs due to natural situations, the company will seek all the resources to reschedule itineraries within the scheduled dates.

CHILDREN POLICY

They are classified into several groups:

  • Babies: Passengers who have not turned 3 years old yet, do not occupy a seat in any type of transport, therefore, they are exempt from payment.
  • Children: Passengers from 3 to 11 with 11 months, occupy seats and pay a variable percentage of an adult fare.
  • Youth: Passengers over 12 years old are considered adults so they are assigned adult fares.

As a general rule, underages travel accompanied by an adult.
